Requirements for a valid return:
- Returns made within 7 (seven) days from date of purchase and,
- Item damaged during shipment, with photos provided to The Mars team upon receiving of goods showing the damaged packaging or,
- Item shipped wrongly by our staff and,
- Return shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
Item bought during promotional events (e.g. X’mas, New Year, Valentine’s Day etc) are not accepted for return or exchange.
Due to hygiene concerns, it is typically not in our practice to accept returns for certain products, such as opened products.
Return item(s) will be either on the same item or full refund by cash (after deduction of shipping charges).
To proceed with return process, please contact our Mars team here, preferably by making call or Whatsapp/WeChat with photos of the item(s) matter and condition within 24 hours of the receipt of the items for claim purpose.
Please allow a minimum of 7 (seven) working days for our team to return or exchange your packages.
